No matter their age, every person in Oregon has the legal right to get an abortion.

No. In Oregon, there are no extra restrictions for people under 18. You do not need to tell or involve an adult in your decision to have an abortion if you do not want to.

However, Oregon does have broad requirements that apply to people under age 15 before they can receive certain kinds of medical care in the state. To find out whether those requirements might apply to you, talk to your abortion provider.

You may be able to get help paying for your abortion. Your clinic may be able to help you cover the cost of your abortion through an abortion fund.

These are a few funds in Oregon that may be able to help.
